Child Change of Attendance

At Ducklings, we aim to provide the best care and education for your child. To ensure we can maintain our high standards and adequately prepare for any changes, we kindly ask that parents request any changes to attendance as early as possible.

Please complete the form below if you wish to change your current attendance (adding, reducing, switching etc.). Please note this form is a request to change, not a confirmation of change - we will be in touch directly to confirm any changes with you.

About providing your notice to leave Ducklings, as stated in our contract, we require either a 4-week notice period for funding sessions or a 6-week notice period for private paid sessions. We require these notice periods to help us plan and allocate funding and staffing appropriately.

We understand that circumstances can change unexpectedly, and we will do our best to accommodate any needs within the constraints of our operational requirements.
