Ingredients:
2 cups of elbow macaroni
2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup of butternut squash, cooked and mashed

1/2 cup of whole milk
2 tablespoons of butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Cook the macaroni according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large saucepan, melt the butter and add the mashed butternut squash and cauliflower. Stir in the milk and shredded cheddar cheese. Cook until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.

Ingredients:
2 cups of cooked chicken, diced
1 cup of mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
1 cup of chicken broth
1/2 cup of milk
2 tablespoons of butter
